Why ‘Jacket’?
The family of our founder Jack Hobbs gave him the nickname ‘Jacket’. Jack’s passion is creating records of all kinds of things, so he set up a company that makes recordings of all kinds of things. So, ‘Jacket’ records.
When is the studio open?
We are open 10am – 6pm seven days a week.
Is there parking?
We have free parking right outside our door.
Is it easy to load?
Easy peasy. Double doors.
Where is the studio?
On the Childwickbury Estate just outside of St Albans, Herts, UK.
How do I make a booking?
Give us a call or send us an email and we’ll make the arrangements!
How much is it?
Daily – £250 Hourly – £35 (minimum of 2 hours)
Mixing – £75 per track Extra revision – £25 Stems – £25 Mastering – £50 per track
